Shipping Policy
At Nexora Gym, we aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within up to 10 business days, depending on the destination and local courier services. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase, as incorrect details may result in delivery delays. While we work with trusted shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays caused by customs, weather, or courier services may occasionally occur. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to shop with confidence at Nexora Gym. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to the original payment method, where applicable. Please note that personalised items, gift cards, and products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons are not eligible for return.
